Notes
Preheat oven to 450°F degrees and coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray. Toss fries with oil and season to taste with salt and pepper and optional spices or herbs. Spread fries in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until golden, flipping once.

Next, place burger patty on toasted muffin and top with lettuce, tomato and mustard. Enjoy with fries and fresh vegetable sticks with salsa.
