Broccoli and Cheddar Baked Potato
frozen chopped broccoli
low fat cream cheese
plain baked potato
1 small, warm, split in half
Weight Watchers Reduced-fat Mexican style shredded cheese
Place broccoli in a bowl and microwave until tender; drain. Stir in cream cheese until melted; spoon over potato. Top potato with broccoli mixture and sprinkle with cheese; microwave until cheese melts, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
