Preheat oven to 375F. Place chicken in a small baking dish and coat with cooking spray. Bake until cooked through, about 45 minutes. Meanwhile mix mayonnaise, yogurt, chives, dill, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Serve chicken with dill sauce on the side. Yields 2 servings.

Prep tip: Enjoy this dish hot or, cube the chicken, toss it over greens and drizzle with the dill sauce for dressing.
