Preheat oven to 400°F. Place a baking rack on a baking sheet. Cut bacon in half lengthwise; wrap 1 slice bacon around each asparagus spear and place on rack with bacon ends tucked under to stay in place. Bake until bacon crisps, 15–20 minutes. Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise and mustard in a very small bowl; serve with asparagus. Yields: 4 bacon wrapped asparagus
