When you sign up for an eligible WeightWatchers plan, you’ll get a confirmation email that will note you’re receiving the WW scale as a little thank-you from us. Provided your membership is active, expect the scale on your doorstep 7 to 17 business days after you sign up.

That’s totally up to you! What’s important is that you have a scale you’ll actually use, since research shows consistent weight tracking is linked with greater (and more sustained) weight loss. The WW scale is created with this in mind; it’s the only scale that syncs with the WW app, making it easier to make weigh-ins a habit. Whether you stay with the scale you currently have or upgrade to this one, just make sure you stick with one scale—different models often give slightly different results.

This WW scale measures weight, body fat, water content, muscle mass, bone mass, and BMI.
