Your WeightWatchers membership includes more than just our proven Points® system! We give you all the tools, science-backed tips, and expert support you need to make change—and stick with it.

It all starts with our award-winning, easy-to-use app that lets you work the program wherever you are. Track your food, water, and activity when and how it's convenient for you. Plus, it’s the place to get inspiration and ask questions 24/7.

Read on to make sure you're taking advantage of every member perk:

1. A Points® Budget

OK, we said your membership is more than just our Points system, but we can’t forget about it entirely. Points guide you to eat more nutritious foods by distilling complicated nutritional facts into a single number. Every food and drink is assigned a Points value based on its nutritional quality, including saturated fats, sugar, fiber, and protein.

As a member, you'll get a daily Points Budget that's tailored based on your health goals, metabolic rate, and more. Plus, you’ll get weekly Points to spend on things like birthday parties, last-minute plans, or your friend’s iconic banana cream pudding. For extra flexibility, you can roll over up to 4 unused daily Points into your weekly Budget!

You also get a list of ZeroPoint® foods that form the foundation of healthy eating patterns, making the program more livable than ever before.

We also offer ways to customize your experience: Choose between weight loss or weight maintenance to get the right Points Budget, tell us if you’re living with diabetes to get a tailored ZeroPoint foods list with foods that are less likely to have a major impact on blood sugar levels, or indicate that you’re taking a GLP-1 medication to get nutrition targets that help you feel your best and maintain muscle mass as you lose weight.

2. WeightWatchers mobile widget

3. Workshops & special events

Whether you attend in person or virtually, you'll get stay-on-track guidance from WeightWatchers Coaches and support from fellow members. And no matter where you are in your journey or even what membership you have, you can attend FREE WW 101 sessions, including “What to Eat,” “How to Track,” and “Maximize Your App.” They’re open to all members, all the time. Check the schedule and join one this week to get a program refresh, learn new tricks, or just chat with other members.

4. Access to Registered Dietitian visits

Your membership also includes access to 1:1 visits with a Registered Dietitian who knows our program and can help personalize your plan. Plus, visits are covered by 600+ insurance plans.* See if yours is one of them.

5. Access to weight-loss medication, if you qualify**

As part of our commitment to offer holistic care and help members live healthier lives, we also offer access to weight-loss medication, including GLP-1s for those who qualify. If a WeightWatchers Clinician determines you’re eligible for a GLP-1 weight-loss medication, they’ll build your treatment plan alongside our trusted Points program. 6. Water tracking

Easily keep tabs on how much water you're drinking by tapping the “+” icon in the water row that appears on your MyDay home screen. Have a favorite water bottle? You can adjust the measurement from 8 oz to 32 oz or create a custom serving size. Access your Water settings in the main Settings menu or by clicking the gear icon next to your current water tracking.

7. Barcode Scanner & Food Scanner

To make tracking easier than ever, the WeightWatchers app includes two tools that use your camera for one-tap tracking. Keep the Barcode Scanner open while you're at the grocery store or the office snack stash to see the Points of your go-to's or discover a new lower-Points favorite. The Food Scanner is great for times when you’re eating out at a restaurant or a friend’s house. Take a picture of your plate to get an instant estimate of the Points, or upload a photo and track when you get home.

8. Fitness device syncing

Have an activity tracker or use your phone to keep tabs on your step count? It easily syncs with the WeightWatchers app so you can log your daily steps and workouts—and add Points to your weekly Budget!—without lifting a finger.

9. Connect

It’s our members-only social network and a positive, judgement-free social space where everyone just gets it. Tap into inspiration from other members, share tips and tricks for making the program work, and explore 200+ groups where you can meet members with common interests. Join one based on your age (In My 30s), identity (LGBTQIA+), life stage (Menopause), goals (100+ lb Club), hobbies (Reading), and more.

10. 11,000+ recipes

No matter if you’re a pro in the kitchen or prefer to let your air fryer do the heavy lifting, our food and nutrition experts have developed thousands of recipes for every skill level.

Head to the What to Eat tab in your app to search our database, see curated collections, save your favorites for easy tracking, and more. You can also filter based on what you already have in the fridge, how much time you have before you reach #hangry status, or how many Points you want to spend.

11. 24/7 Chat Support

Have a question about the program? Not sure how to track something? Want to change your water settings? Use the 24/7 Chat Support feature in your WeightWatchers® app. It’s the easiest way to get real-time answers for any question. (Yes, even at 2 a.m.!)

12. Walk Talks podcasts

Head to the Discover content tab in your app to find our very own podcast series. Listen to an episode while you’re walking, cleaning, or doing whatever to help you get in the right mindset.

13. Blue dot challenge

Have you ever wondered what those blue dots are at the bottom of your MyDay tab? They represent days you've stayed in the healthy eating zone, which means you're eating within 10 Points below your Budget and up to 5 over it. To show off your progress, screenshot your streak and post it on Connect with the hashtag #bluedotchallenge.

14. Recipe Analyzer 

You can now upload recipes from food websites, blogs, or wherever else right into the WeightWatchers app with our Recipe Analyzer. Get the Points for those online recipes in and track seconds without having to log every ingredient. Copy and paste the link or share it to our app, then save your favorites for easy tracking.

15. Eating out guides

Real life includes meals that you don’t cook at home. Maybe you’re going out to celebrate a friend’s birthday, swinging by the drive-through, or trying a new local restaurant. We dedicated an entire section in the What to Eat tab in your app to make ordering and tracking those meals easier. Explore articles with expert tips, lower-Points orders, and more.

16. Weight tracking and milestones

Every time you track your weight (we recommend at least once a week), you’re on your way to reaching your overall health goals. To help you celebrate and keep your momentum going, we’ll send you encouraging messages and charms when you accomplish milestones on your journey. Make sure your notifications are turned on to get those messages, plus reminders to weigh in, track, and more.
