If you’re used to hitting the town and watching the ball drop with 200 of your closest friends, this New Year’s Eve will undoubtedly feel a bit different. (At least you can still rock your favorite party outfit.) No matter what your celebration preferences are in “normal times,” chances are you’re ready to say goodbye to 2020 and start fresh. How about welcoming the New Year with a home-cooked meal for your household, your small social pod, or even just yourself? A meal doesn’t have to be overly elaborate or fancy to feel festive. To create a sense of occasion, all you have to do is break out from your everyday rotation of recipes.
