Who doesn’t love a good ranch dip? Ours is thick and creamy—just like the original—with a few easy ingredient swaps. Serve it as a salad dressing, as a dip, or as a sauce for grilled everything. It's especially good spooned onto a hamburger and accompanied with thinly sliced cucumber and red onion.


Ingredients
1% low-fat buttermilk

Light mayonnaise
6 Tbsp
Garlic
1 medium clove(s)
Chives
3 Tbsp
Fresh parsley
2 Tbsp
Apple cider vinegar
0.5 tsp
Table salt
0.25 tsp
Black pepper
0.125 tsp
Instructions

Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate about 10 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Can be stored in covered jar up to 1 week. Shake before using.
