This refreshing wine-based cocktail is perfect for a summer gathering of any size. It can easily be doubled or tripled depending on the size of your crowd. Make and chill it ahead of time, but wait until you are ready to serve it to add in the seltzer water so that all of those lovely bubbles don’t go flat before it’s time to enjoy them. You can make this cocktail extra fancy with designer ice: place fruit in your ice cube trays or ice molds and cover with water before freezing. It’s a pretty, practical way to elevate your drink.

Rosé wine

Pomegranate juice

8 fl oz

Brewed unsweetened hibiscus tea

½ cup(s)

Raspberry seltzer

1 cup(s)

Ice cube

2 cup(s)

Raspberries

¼ cup(s)

Pomegranate seeds (arils)

Instructions

Combine wine, pomegranate nectar or juice, and tea in a pitcher; refrigerate until chilled.

When ready to serve, add seltzer and pour over ice. Serve garnished with fruit (or freeze the fruit in ice cubes).
