Ingredients

Calorie controlled cooking spray

Turkey breast, skinless, raw

600 g

Waitrose Soy & Ginger Sauce

2 pouch(es)

Stir fry mixed vegetables

500 g

Coriander, fresh

1 teaspoon(s)

Tesco Microwave Basmati Rice

2 pouch(es), cooked

Sesame Seeds

½ tablespoon(s)

Instructions

Mist a large nonstick wok or frying pan with cooking spray and set over a high heat. Stir-fry the turkey, for 5-6 minutes until cooked through and golden. Remove from the wok and set aside.

Mist the wok with more cooking spray and stir-fry the vegetables for 4-5 minutes, until tender. Stir in the sauce, then return the turkey to the wok and toss to combine. Stir in half the coriander and remove from the heat.

Meanwhile, prepare the rice to pack instructions and divide between bowls. Top with the stir-fry, scatter over the sesame seeds and remaining coriander and serve.
