- Mist a large nonstick wok or frying pan with cooking spray and set over a high heat. Stir-fry the turkey, for 5-6 minutes until cooked through and golden. Remove from the wok and set aside.
- Mist the wok with more cooking spray and stir-fry the vegetables for 4-5 minutes, until tender. Stir in the sauce, then return the turkey to the wok and toss to combine. Stir in half the coriander and remove from the heat.
- Meanwhile, prepare the rice to pack instructions and divide between bowls. Top with the stir-fry, scatter over the sesame seeds and remaining coriander and serve.
To make this veggie, simple swap the turkey strips for Quorn chicken pieces. The SmartPoints will be 12 for Green, 9 for Blue and 9 for Purple.
