- Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Unroll the pastry and cut in half lengthways to give you 2 long pieces.
- Brush each piece with 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce, leaving a 1cm border around the edges. In a bowl, combine the turkey mince with the garlic and spring onions and season well.
- Shape the filling into 2 logs that will run the length of the pastry sheets, then place them down the middle of each. Beat 1 egg and use a little of it to brush the far edges of the pastry, then fold the pastry over the filling and seal.
- Roll until the join is underneath, then cut each log into 12 pieces. Arrange on the prepared baking trays, brush the tops with the remaining egg and scatter over 1 teaspoon mixed black and white sesame seeds on each. Bake for 25 minutes, or until crisp and golden.
