Ingredients

Light Brown Sugar

165 g

Cocoa Powder

35 g

White Self Raising Flour

185 g

Low Fat Spread

80 g

Skimmed Milk

125 ml

Egg, whole, raw

2 medium, raw

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 or 160C fan. Lightly spray a 19cm x 29cm slice tin with cooking spray and line with baking paper
  2. Combine sugar, cocoa and flour in a large bowl. Add spread, milk, eggs and chocolate mousse, stirring to combine. Stir in white chocolate. Pour mix into prepared tin and bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
  3. Cool in tin. Spread top with Alpro dark chocolate dessert. Sprinkle with extra cocoa, then cut into 12 pieces and serve.
