Spiderweb black bean dip

Biona Organic Black Beans in Water
1 can(s), drained, drained and rinsed
1 medium, roughly chopped
1 clove(s), crushed
½ teaspoons, level
Reduced Fat Soured Cream
2 tablespoons, level
Lemon Juice, Fresh
- Put the black beans in the bowl of a food processor with the spring onion, garlic, cumin and half the soured cream. Season well then blitz until smooth.
- Add the lemon juice and water and blitz until combined. Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Spoon the remaining soured cream into a piping bag (or put in a sandwich bag then snip off one corner) and pipe onto the surface of the dip in a spiral, working from the centre outwards.
- Drag a cocktail stick through the spiral to create a spiderweb pattern. Serve with vegetable crudités for dipping.
If you don't have a piping bag, use a sandwich bag instead. Just snip off a corner and pipe.
