Tuna in brine, drained

1 can(s), medium, drained

Medium fat soft cheese

4 tablespoons

0% fat natural Greek yogurt

100 g

Cayenne Pepper

¼ teaspoons, level

Parsley, fresh

  1. Put the tuna, soft cheese, yogurt, cayenne pepper and most of the parsley into a food processor. Pulse a few times until combined for a coarser texture, or blitz for longer If you prefer a smoother consistency.
  2. Check the seasoning and add salt and pepper to taste, then stir in the lemon zest and juice to taste. Add more cayenne pepper if you want to make it spicier.
  3. Spoon the dip into a bowl, scatter over the remaining parsley and a sprinkling of cayenne pepper. Serve with the tortilla chips.
