It’s hard to resist the hors d’oeuvres at a party, but making your own needn’t be tricky. These little snacks are tasty, quick and easy


Sesame Seeds

4 tablespoons

King Prawns, Cooked

360 g

Sweet Chilli Sauce

2 tablespoons

Reduced Fat Mayonnaise

4 tablespoons

Lime Juice, Fresh

1 tablespoon(s)

Sriracha Sauce

2 teaspoons

Spring Onions

2 medium, thinly sliced


¼ individual, medium, thinly sliced


  1. Toast the sesame seeds in a small pan over a low-to-medium heat until just golden. Remove and spread over a plate to cool.
  2. Toss the cooked king prawns with sweet Thai chilli sauce in a small bowl. Toss the prawns in the sesame seeds and transfer to a plate with cocktail sticks for serving.
  3. Mix the mayonnaise with the lime juice and sriracha and transfer to a small bowl. Serve with spring onion and cucumber slices.
