1 medium, thinly sliced
¼ individual, medium, thinly sliced
- Toast the sesame seeds in a small pan over a low-to-medium heat until just golden. Remove and spread over a plate to cool.
- Toss the cooked king prawns with sweet Thai chilli sauce in a small bowl. Toss the prawns in the sesame seeds and transfer to a plate with cocktail sticks for serving.
- Mix the mayonnaise with the lime juice and sriracha and transfer to a small bowl. Serve with spring onion and cucumber slices.
