Hazelnuts
45 g
Green Beans
1125 g, ends trimmed
Olive Oil
2 tablespoon(s)
Parmesan Cheese
25 g, shaved
Lemon
1 medium, cut into wedges

Preheat your oven to 220°C, fan 200°C, gas mark 7. Spread the hazelnuts on a small baking tray and then transfer to the oven. Roast for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Coarsely chop and set aside.

Divide the green beans between two rimmed baking trays. Drizzle each with the oil. Season and toss to coat, spreading out the beans in an even layer.

Roast the beans, stirring once or twice, for 25-30 minutes, until they start to brown. Transfer to a serving plate, and sprinkle over the nuts and cheese. Serve with the lemon wedges.
