Roasted green beans with toasted hazelnuts & shaved Parmesan

1 medium, cut into wedges
- Preheat your oven to 220°C, fan 200°C, gas mark 7. Spread the hazelnuts on a small baking tray and then transfer to the oven. Roast for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Coarsely chop and set aside.
- Divide the green beans between two rimmed baking trays. Drizzle each with the oil. Season and toss to coat, spreading out the beans in an even layer.
- Roast the beans, stirring once or twice, for 25-30 minutes, until they start to brown. Transfer to a serving plate, and sprinkle over the nuts and cheese. Serve with the lemon wedges.
