Frozen Mixed Berries
Tapioca, Dried Mix
Plain White Flour
1 tablespoons, level
20 g, chopped
Light Brown Sugar
- Preheat oven to 180°C, 160°C, gas mark 4. Mist 4 small ramekins with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the berries, granulated sugar and tapioca, then evenly divide among ramekins.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the same bowl and stir until crumbly, then evenly divide the mixture over the fruit filling. Bake for about 30 minutes, until browned and bubbling. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
