This delicious dessert cleverly uses frozen berries, blitzed in a blender to speed up the preparation time.
350 g, strawberries, blueberries, or combination of summer berries, frozen
6 tablespoon(s), powdered
Fat Free Natural Yogurt

- In a blender or food processor, puree the frozen berries. Add the powdered sweetener, yogurt and vanilla essence and blend until combined.
- Tip the mixture into an ice-cream maker and follow the manufacturer's instructions to freeze. If you do not have an ice-cream maker, tip the mixture into a rigid freezer cointainer and freeze for about 1 hour. Remove and stir with a fork to break up the ice crystals. Repeat every hour until the mixture has frozen.
- Remove the container from the freezer about 30 minutes before serving to allow the mixture to thaw a little. Scoop into small glasses or serve with fresh fruit, remembering to add any extra POINTS values.
