Fresh Fruit Salad (no added sugar)

150 g, strawberries, raspberries and blueberries, to serve


  1. Preheat the oven to 150°C, fan 130°C, gas mark 2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, seeds and maple syrup. Spread out on the baking tray, mist with coconut oil spray and bake for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle over the coconut for the final 5 minutes of cooking time. Remove from the oven and spread out on a cold baking tray to cool.
  3. Slice the bananas and layer in bowls with the fromage frais. Sprinkle over the granola and top with the berries.
