Hard boiled egg

Spring Onions

Instructions

Spoon the cottage cheese into a shallow bowl. Arrange the cucumber, tomatoes, avocado and egg on top. Sprinkle with the spring onion, sesame seeds and a pinch each of salt and pepper, if using.
