Egg, avocado & cottage cheese breakfast bowl

Fat free natural cottage cheese
1 portion(s), medium, sliced
1 handful serving, halved
½ medium, sliced
Hard boiled egg(s)
1 large, halved
1 handful serving, sliced
1 tablespoon(s), toasted
- Spoon the cottage cheese into a shallow bowl. Arrange the cucumber, tomatoes, avocado and egg on top. Sprinkle with the spring onion, sesame seeds and a pinch each of salt and pepper, if using.
