Cranberry, pear & almond muesli

Quaker Rolled Oats
160 ml, as purchased
0% fat natural Greek yogurt
2 teaspoon(s), level
- Put a small nonstick frying pan over a medium heat and lightly toast the flaked almonds for 1-2 minutes, stirring until lightly golden and fragrant. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the rolled oats, dried cranberries, apple juice and 140g of the yogurt. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight if you have time (the muesli will keep in the fridge for up to 2 days).
- Grate the pears and stir into the muesli, along with the almonds.
- To serve, divide the remaining 100g yogurt between 4 bowls, top with the muesli, and sprinkle each with ½ tsp ground cinnamon.
