Crunchy with a hint of Middle Eastern spice, this delicious snack is super-easy to make

Ingredients
Calorie Controlled Brown Bread
4 slice(s)
Olive Oil
1 tablespoon(s)
Za'atar seasoning
1 tablespoon(s)
0% fat natural Greek yogurt
75 g
Harissa paste
1 tablespoon(s)
Parsley, fresh
4 sprig(s), fresh
Instructions
1
Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Line a large baking tray with baking paper (two smaller trays will work as well). Trim the crusts from the bread, then roll each slice out with a rolling pin until very thin.
2
Brush with the olive oil, then cut each slice into tortilla chip-size triangles or squares. In a large bowl, toss with the za’atar, then arrange in a single layer on the lined baking tray (or trays).
3
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, turning once halfway through, until golden and crisp. Place onto a wire rack and set aside to cool completely
4
Meanwhile, make the dip by mixing together the yogurt and harissa, and season lightly. Garnish with the parsley and serve with the bread crisps.
