We put our genius two-ingredient dough to delicious use in these individual pizzas that feature a autumn inspired combo of sweet-tart apple, chicken sausage and cheese

Ingredients
Chicken sausage, grilled
2 individual
0% fat natural Greek yogurt
150 g
White Self Raising Flour
160 g, 150g for recipe + 10g for dusting
Half fat Cheddar cheese
50 g
Apple
1 medium, sliced
Rocket
20 g
Instructions
1
Preheat the oven to 190°C, fan 170°C, gas mark 5. Place the sausages on a baking tray and cook for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally. Line another baking tray with baking paper.
2
Meanwhile, place the yogurt and 150g flour in a large bowl, stir well with a wooden spoon until just combined and then knead the dough with your hands until smooth (about 2 minutes of kneading).
3
Place a large piece of baking paper on a work surface and sprinkle with a little flour, place the dough onto the paper and cut into 4 equal pieces. Using a rolling pin, roll each piece of dough to a thickness of 5mm.
4
Place the dough on the prepared baking tray and bake for 15 -18 minutes, until the dough is beginning to turn lightly golden.
5
Remove the sausages and dough from the oven. Slice the sausages, then top the dough with the apple, sausage slices & cheese divided among the 4 pizzas.
6
Return to the oven and bake for a few more minutes until the dough is cooked through and the cheese is melted. Serve garnished with the rocket.
