Cinnamon oats with apples & almonds
We cooked this porridge the old-fashioned way. But if you're short on time, or want to save on washing up, use the microwave.
1 medium, diced
6 whole, chopped
0% fat natural Greek yogurt
In a small saucepan over a medium heat, bring 230ml water with a pinch of salt to a boil. Stir in the oats. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the water is fully absorbed and the oats are tender. Stir in a pinch of cinnamon, then top with the apple, almonds, yogurt and sprinkle with cinnamon.
