Notes

Mist a frying pan with cooking spray and put in the sausages and mushrooms with 1 large halved tomato, keep moving until the sausages are lightly golden. Make some room in the pan, then crack 1 egg and cook over a medium heat for 2 mins. When the egg is close to set, add the baked beans. Toast the bread and then spread. Season and serve.
