In a restaurant
Before you go out, check the menu online. You’ll be able to decide what you’re going to eat beforehand by using the WW app to check the Points® value of each dish, and choosing what works best for you. At a dinner party
There’s no need to demand a special meal be made especially for you, as no food is off limits. Choose which course you’d like to splash out on – it might be a delicious starter or a sweet pud – and aim to eat smaller portions of the other courses to stay on track. Or, choose to eat more of the low Points or ZeroPoint™ foods available, such as veggie sides or salads, to allow room for any extras you might fancy.
