The plan with the longest list of ZeroPoint foods has the lowest SmartPoints Budget, and the plan with the shortest list of ZeroPoint foods has the highest SmartPoints Budget.

Blue guides you towards a list of foods that form the basis of healthy eating habits, with a moderate SmartPoints Budget you can spend on other foods you love.
You'll build meals around 200+ ZeroPoint foods including fruits, veggies, and lean proteins, and track other foods that have SmartPoints values.

Can I eat as many ZeroPoint foods as I like?
Just because you don't have to track ZeroPoint foods, it doesn't mean they're all-you-can-eat, or that they're the only things you should eat.
We recommend that you start with an amount that seems reasonable to you, based on what you’ve typically eaten in the past. For example, if eggs are a ZeroPoint food on your plan and you normally put two eggs in your omelette, keep doing that. Now isn’t the time to increase that to four eggs just because they’re zero.
At the end of the day, it's about building a healthy pattern of eating, because that's what's liveable.
