Is there anything better than a warm biscuit right out of the oven? We don't think so. That's why we're big fans of this whole-wheat version that's delicious for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or any snack in-between! Just think of them as soft pillowy balls of comfort. With only a few ingredients, this recipe easily comes together in less than 30 minutes. Chances are, you even have most of the ingredients on-hand in your kitchen. Don't have buttermilk? You can swap in plain fat-free yogurt for convenience if you prefer. Once the biscuits have baked and are lightly browned, serve them hot and eat them plain or with your favorite toppings.
