Our chocolate-chip-speckled pudding pops are the perfect ice-cold treat on a sweltering day. They're so adorable and fun to make, and take just 10 minutes to put together before freezing. They also require just three ingredients! Make the vanilla pudding using fat-free milk, then pour on top of some mini chocolate chips. Simply let the pops hang out in the freezer until they're firm, which should take about three hours. Be sure to dip them in warm water before serving for a smooth release from the paper cups. Take one bite, and we're sure that you'll love them as much as the kids do.

Ingredients

Fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix

1 oz

Fat free skim milk

2 cup(s)

Mini chocolate chips

2 Tbsp, semi-sweet

Instructions

  1. Prepare instant pudding according to package directions, using the fat-free milk.
  2. Spoon 1 teaspoon of chips into the bottom of each of six 3-ounce paper cups; fill cups with pudding, cover with foil and poke a wooden popsicle stick through the center of each. Freeze until firm, about 3 hours.
  3. To eat, dip bottom of cup into warm water for about 10 seconds; remove foil, peel off cup and enjoy.
