It's lightened thanks to using applesauce and Splenda for the sweeteners. The vanilla nonfat yogurt provides the finishing touch. Bonus: You won't even have to turn on the oven or stovetop, as everything gets heated through in the microwave, so you can basically make this dessert at any time.
