Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray large rimmed baking sheet with nonstick spray.
  2. Combine broccoli and cauliflower in large bowl. Whisk together oil, water, mustard, curry powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and cayenne in cup. Drizzle over broccoli and cauliflower; toss until coated evenly.
  3. Spread vegetables on prepared baking sheet to form single layer; roast 15 minutes. Toss vegetables; continue to roast until tender and beginning to brown, about 5 minutes longer. Serve warm.
  4. Per serving: about 1/2 cup
