Spicy Roasted Broccoli and Cauliﬂower Bites

Dijon Mustard1 tsp
curry powder1 tsp
chili powder1 tsp
ground cumin1 tsp

- Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray large rimmed baking sheet with nonstick spray.
- Combine broccoli and cauliﬂower in large bowl. Whisk together oil, water, mustard, curry powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and cayenne in cup. Drizzle over broccoli and cauliﬂower; toss until coated evenly.
- Spread vegetables on prepared baking sheet to form single layer; roast 15 minutes. Toss vegetables; continue to roast until tender and beginning to brown, about 5 minutes longer. Serve warm.
