Bring the feeling of summer to your table all year long with this tantalizing shrimp salad. A great twist on the traditional idea of a veggie-filled shrimp salad, this one is packed with tart and luscious fruit. The simple lemon vinaigrette works well with the tart apple, tangy mango and rich papaya, all combined with the kick of jalapeno.
