Sherry vinegar gives this dressing its piquant tang. Serve it over a garden salad for a stunning contrast to the leafy greens or try it as a sauce for a flaky white fish. Wilted greens and a simple grilled chicken breast will also pair well with this dressing. Feel free to add a little water to thin the dressing if it becomes too thick.
