Ingredients

roasted red peppers (packed in water)

1 cup(s), rinsed, drained, chopped

olive oil

1 Tbsp

sherry vinegar

2 tsp

minced garlic

1 tsp

kosher salt

½ tsp

black pepper

¼ tsp

Instructions

  1. Process all ingredients in a small food processor or blender until smooth.
  2. Serving size: 2 Tbsp

Thin with a little water, if desired.
