Canned tuna packed in water

½ cup(s), drained

Fresh lemon juice

2 Tbsp

Light mayonnaise

Table salt

Radicchio

5 leaf/leaves

Guacamole

2 Tbsp

Honeycrisp apple

¼ cup(s), cut into matchsticks

Siete Creamy Jalapeno Botana Sauce

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the tuna, lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Divide the tuna salad between the radicchio leaves and top each with some guacamole and apple. Drizzle with the Siete sauce.
