plain lowfat Greek yogurt

pomegranate juice

mixed berries

2 cup(s), frozen (such as strawberries, blueberries & raspberries)

pomegranate seeds

2 Tbsp

unsweetened shredded coconut

1 Tbsp, toasted

unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Combine yogurt, juice, and berries in a blender; process briefly until thick and creamy. Spoon into a bowl; top with pomegranate seeds, coconut and cocoa powder.
