This delicious smoothie bowl is perfect to enjoy after a workout or a long, hot day spent outside. It takes just 5 minutes to make thanks to the convenience of using your blender and requires 6 ingredients; it's what you coconut-lovers out there will be craving constantly. All you have to do is blend low-fat Greek yogurt, pomegranate juice, and your favorite berries in a blender until it's all nice and creamy. Top with some yummy pomegranate seeds, toasted shredded coconut, and a touch of unsweetened cocoa powder for an explosion of flavors, colors, and textures, all packed into one simple bowl.

Mixed berries

2 cup(s), frozen (such as strawberries, blueberries & raspberries)

Pomegranate seeds

Unsweetened shredded coconut
