This recipe takes care of a pizza or nacho craving in one fell swoop. It’s also easily doubled, or even tripled, for a party.

Ingredients

baked low fat tortilla chips

2 oz, about 26 chips

store bought marinara sauce

½ cup(s), or tomato sauce

dried oregano

½ tsp

shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

½ cup(s)

grated Parmesan cheese

2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler. Arrange the tortilla chips in a single layer on a pizza pan or small jelly-roll pan. Drizzle with the tomato sauce and sprinkle with the oregano. Top with the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Broil until the chips just start to brown and the cheese starts to melt, about 1 minute. Yields about 6 chips per serving.
