This lightning-fast smoothie makes a great breakfast or mid-afternoon pick-me-up. It comes together in just 5 minutes and truly doesn't get much easier. All you have to do is purée some canned pineapple, frozen orange juice concentrate, unsweetened coconut milk, and ice in a blender until they're all nice and smooth. You'll love the convenience of being able to use canned fruit instead of fresh so you can make this smoothie at any time, no prep or chopping required. You can also substitute any canned fruit packed in its own juices for the pineapple. Feel free to experiment with whatever fruit you can find or prefer.

Canned pineapple packed in juice
16 oz, chunks, undrained
Frozen unsweetened orange juice concentrate

Canned unsweetened light coconut milk

Instructions

Combine ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth, adding more ice cubes if necessary to create a thick purée. Pour into 4 tall glasses and serve. Yields about 1 cup per serving.
