This fruity, creamy drink comes together in just 5 minutes. To complement the sweet bananas, the addition of peanut butter and cinnamon give the drink a hearty, earthy twist. All you have to do is process all the ingredients (well, except the cinnamon) in a blender until it comes together and is smooth. Along with the bananas and peanut butter, the drink also features vanilla yogurt, skim milk, and vanilla extract. You can use a frozen banana as well to make this refreshing chilled drink. But here’s an easy way to keep ripe bananas always at-the-ready: Place unpeeled bananas in the freezer for up to 1 month.

Ingredients

Banana

1 small

Fat free vanilla yogurt

½ cup(s)

Fat free skim milk

½ cup(s)

Creamy peanut butter with omega-3 (with oil and sugar added)

1 Tbsp

Vanilla extract

¼ tsp

Ground cinnamon

⅛ tsp, or to taste

Instructions

Combine all the ingredients except the cinnamon in a blender and process until very smooth. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with the cinnamon. Yields about 1 cup per serving.
