Ingredients

banana(s)

1 small

fat-free vanilla yogurt

½ cup(s)

fat free skim milk

½ cup(s)

creamy peanut butter with omega-3

1 Tbsp

vanilla extract

¼ tsp

ground cinnamon

tsp, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients except the cinnamon in a blender and process until very smooth. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with the cinnamon. Yields about 1 cup per serving.
