Crisp pieces of salty, smoky bacon and lots of ripe avocado enrich this quick pizza, made with a prebaked pizza crust filled with the goodness of whole wheat.
Ingredients

frozen pizza crust dough

10 oz

reduced calorie mayonnaise

3 Tbsp

mixed greens

2 cup(s), lightly packed salad

fresh tomato(es)

1 medium, diced

avocado

1 item(s), medium, halved, pitted, peeled, and diced

cooked turkey bacon

4 slice(s), coarsely crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  2. Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet. Bake until crisp, about 10 minutes. Transfer the crust to a wire rack and let cool slightly.
  3. Spread the mayonnaise evenly over the crust. Top with the remaining ingredients and cut into 8 wedges. Yields 1 wedge per serving.
