Overstuffed Avocado–BLT Pizza

Crisp pieces of salty, smoky bacon and lots of ripe avocado enrich this quick pizza, made with a prebaked pizza crust filled with the goodness of whole wheat.
frozen pizza crust dough10 oz
light mayonnaise3 Tbsp
mixed greens2 cup(s), lightly packed salad
fresh tomato(es)1 medium, diced
avocado1 item(s), medium, halved, pitted, peeled, and diced
cooked turkey bacon4 slice(s), coarsely crumbled
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet. Bake until crisp, about 10 minutes. Transfer the crust to a wire rack and let cool slightly.
- Spread the mayonnaise evenly over the crust. Top with the remaining ingredients and cut into 8 wedges. Yields 1 wedge per serving.
