store-bought horseradish

3 Tbsp, drained

fat free mayonnaise

3 Tbsp

reduced-calorie rye bread

20 slice(s), cocktail (party-style) toasted

deli style roast beef slice(s)

5 oz, 5 (1-ounce) slices, each cut into 4 pieces

fresh cherry tomato(es)

10 medium, halved

Instructions

  1. Stir together the horseradish and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Spread the horseradish mayonnaise evenly over the slices of toast.
  2. Place 1 piece of roast beef on each slice of toast. Thread a party toothpick through each tomato half and insert into each sandwich. Yields 5 sandwiches per serving.
