fresh cherry tomato(es)10 medium, halved
- Stir together the horseradish and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Spread the horseradish mayonnaise evenly over the slices of toast.
- Place 1 piece of roast beef on each slice of toast. Thread a party toothpick through each tomato half and insert into each sandwich. Yields 5 sandwiches per serving.
