Think of these savory bites as the WW version of gougères. Jumping off from a base of our two-ingredient dough (self-rising flour and fat-free Greek yogurt), we add sharp cheddar, Parmesan, and cayenne pepper for a flavor that’s similar to cheese straws or cheese crackers. A slice of pimento-stuffed olive provides the eyeball look, as well as a hit of briny-salty flavor. Brushing the dough with egg white helps the olive adhere and creates a crispy, shiny outer shell.
