Nutty-tasting oats and cinnamon-sugar-coated breadcrumbs top sweet peaches in this baked dessert. If you can't find whole-wheat bread crumbs, you can make your own: Toast two slices of whole-wheat bread, then finely chop them up in a food processor. Instead of peaches, this easy-to-assemble, very versatile dessert would be great with cherries and plums. The hearty oat topping goes well over any sweet treat.
