Nectarine cookie crisp

½ fl oz, almond flavor suggested, or 1 floz
7 item(s), processed into fine crumbs
5 Tbsp, melted
- Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- Place nectarines in an ungreased round baking dish; toss with liqueur. Spread nectarines into an even layer and top with cookie crumbs; drizzle melted butter over top.
- Bake until fruit bubbles, about 45 to 50 minutes. Allow to cool; serve either warm or cold. Yields 1 slice per serving.
