Minty pineapple-mango slush
1 cup(s), chunks (very ripe and cold)
1½ large, or 1 medium mango, peeled, pitted and cubed (very cold)
unsweetened orange juice
¼ cup(s), reserve 2 sprigs for garnish
- Place all ingredients into a blender, and blend until slushy. Pour into 2 tall glasses; garnish with mint and serve. Yields 1 1/2 cups per serving.
