The beauty of this breakfast is how easy and how healthy it is, making your weekday mornings a little less hectic. Simply mix it up in an airtight container, let it sit overnight, and sprinkle the apples and nuts on in the morning—that’s it. You’ll have a breakfast with staying power thanks to the mix of whole grain, fiber, and protein. For an extra layer of flavor, you can toast the oats in a dry skillet for a couple of minutes before combining them with the yogurt and other ingredients. Swap in other dried fruit, fresh fruit, and nuts to change the flavors with the seasons or whatever you’re craving.
