Colorful and amazingly easy to prepare, this cheesy corn dip is a great option for your next get-together. Plus, it takes just 10 minutes to prepare. By using sweet, crunchy, frozen corn and refrigerated salsa, you can make this year-round with ease. You could also sauté the corn in a large skillet coated with cooking spray to brown the kernels for added flavor and color. Stir in some drained pickled jalapeños for a little extra heat, using as much or as little as your taste buds can handle. Serve this dip with baked tortilla chips. If you have any leftover, serve it stuffed inside baked potatoes for an easy entrée.
