Look for thin carrots – they’re usually the ones sold in bunches with their green tops still attached. After just a few minutes on the grill, these tasty vegetables take on a sweet, smoky flavor. Give this recipe a Moroccan twist by adding a little ground cumin and a pinch of cinnamon to the lemon mixture. These carrots make an excellent side dish for grilled chicken or hamburgers. Or, serve them as an appetizer or snack.
