uncooked scallion(s)

2 Tbsp, thinly sliced

blue cheese

1 Tbsp, crumbled

reduced calorie mayonnaise

1½ tsp

hot pepper sauce

½ tsp

fresh cherry tomato(es)

½ cup(s)

uncooked celery

½ cup(s), red peppers, cucumbers and/or carrots, sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine yogurt, scallion, cheese, mayonnaise and pepper sauce in a small bowl; serve with crudité.
