- 3 Tbsp plain fat free Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp uncooked scallion(s), thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 1/2 tsp reduced calorie mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 cup(s) fresh cherry tomato(es)
- 1/2 cup(s) uncooked celery, red peppers, cucumbers and/or carrots, sliced
Combine yogurt, scallion, cheese, mayonnaise and pepper sauce in a small bowl; serve with crudité.
