Sweet, fragrant pears are the star in this quick and easy salsa. A duo of fresh herbs adds tons of flavor, with oregano lending woodsy depth and mint offering up some fresh zing. We call for seeding the jalapeño, but you can leave the seeds and membranes in for a kick of heat. Spoon the salsa over seared salmon, chicken, or steak, enjoy it with pita or tortilla chips, or pile it onto a grain bowl. The acid in the lemon juice will prevent the pear from browning, so you can make the salsa ahead.
