Prep couldn’t be simpler: Whisk together Chobani Zero Sugar strawberry yogurt, milk, and a hint of salt, then stir in old-fashioned oats. Layer the mixture in jars or parfait glasses with fresh berries that you’ve lightly mashed. Mashing the berries makes them juicy and saucy—without having to cook them or add any thickener or sugar. If you need a portable breakfast option, simply grab a jar on your way out the door.

Chobani Zero Sugar Strawberry Flavor Nonfat Yogurt (5.3 oz pkg)

4 single serve (5.3 oz) container(s)

1% low fat milk

Uncooked old fashioned rolled oats

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the yogurt, milk, and salt. Stir in the oats. Spoon a scant ⅓ cup of the yogurt mixture into each of 4 (12-oz) bowls or 4 (12-oz) mason jars.
  2. In a medium bowl, mash the strawberry slices gently with a fork or potato masher until juicy. Add the raspberries and blackberries; mash gently until juicy. Spoon about ¼ cup of the berry mixture over the yogurt mixture in each glass or jar. Repeat the layers with another ⅓ cup of the yogurt mixture and ¼ cup of the berry mixture in each glass or jar. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.
